Why using a free Twitter dashboard like TweetDeck may not be right for you (video)
I know a lot of heavy Twitter users rely on free social media management applications like TweetDeck or HootSuite.
However, I switched to a premium app last year and highly recommend it. I tried using TweetDeck, but because so many other people use it, too (after all: it’s free!) I just couldn’t rely on it. If you monitor conversations on Twitter, you’ll see complaints about TweetDeck every day.
(And HootSuite has already launched a paid premium version of their service; paid services are the way of the future if these developers ever hope to make a return on their investments.)
Anyway, MarketMeSuite has just released some user stats, to give you an idea of how popular it is getting:
“The subscription-only service, which enables subscribers to manage their marketing campaigns on Twitter and Facebook from an intuitive desktop application, has seen growth top 500% in the last 6 months and is currently growing by 30% month on month.
“MarketMeSuite also reports an 85% renewal rate for monthly subscribers.”
The NEW Version 3.0 of this Twitter dashboard will be released later this month.
